Ingredients:
· 1 kg Mutton/Beef (whole)
· 7-8 gm Garlic Paste
· 7-8 gm Ginger Paste
· 15 gm Green Papaya Grind
· 10 gm Red Chili Powder
· 12 gm salt
· 2.5 gm Black Pepper Powder
· 3 gm Garam Masala
· 100 gm Curd
· 100 gm Tomato Paste
· 5 gm Mustard Powder
· 5 gm Haldi Powder
· 50 ml Oil
Method:
· Mix all spices and apply on the mutton/beef piece and cook it for 45 minutes until it is done.
· Hang in tandoor or an oven until it is reddish brown and cooked.
