Lahori Fish

Ingredients:

· ½ kg boneless Fish Fillet
· 1 ½ cup Besan
· 1 tbsp crushed Coriander
· 1 tbsp crushed Red Chilies
· Few drop of Yellow Food Color
· 2 tbsp Oil (Also needed for deep frying)
· 2 Green Chilies
· Mint Leaves to Garnish
· 1 tsp crushed Garlic
· 1 tsp whole crushed Ginger
· ½ tsp whole Black Cumin
· 1 tsp whole White Cumin
· 2 tbsp Vinegar
· Lemon Juice of 2 Lemons
· Salt to taste
· 1 Egg
· Water accordingly

Method:

· Clean fish and pat fry.
· Take a bowl.
· Place egg, water, oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
· Mix besan gently with other ingredients to make a thick smooth batter.
· Place the fish fillet in the mixture for the marination for at least ½ hour.
· Take a wok, heat oil and fry the fish on medium heat till light brown.
· Garnish with coriander, mint and lemon wedges.
