
Ingredients:
· 4 large Mangoes
· Grated Zest and juice of one big Lime
· ½ Cup of Sugar
· 1 ½ cup of whipped Cream
Method:
· Peel and store the mangoes and cut in pieces.
· Put in a food processor until smooth.
· Then add the grated zest and lime juice along with sugar and again process briefly.
· Whip the cream until it is thick.
· Fold in gently with pureed mangoes and lime mixture.
· Pour into a freeze-proof container.
· Freeze until it is firm enough to scoop.
· Serve with mango sliced and cream and enjoy your homemade mango ice cream.
