Heavenly Delight

This is an extremely easy yet very tasty sweet dish which would be loved by people of all ages.

Ingredients

· Marie Biscuit (any wheat biscuit)
· Kitkat chocolate (2 big bars)
· Condensed Milk (10 table spoons)
· Fruit Cocktail or fresh fruit according to your choice
· Whipped Cream

Method:

· Crush the biscuits and in a medium deep dish, give the first layer of crushed biscuits.
· Break kitkat in small pieces by hand and sprinkle on top.
· Then add the condensed milk putting it all over the dish.
· Add the fruit next and then cover it with whipped cream.
· You can put it in the fridge for two hours and after that sprinkle it with chocolate powder or fresh fruit or whatever topping you desire.
· Enjoy this easy dessert.

Oyster Chicken with Cashew nuts

Ingredients and Method for Marination of Chicken:

· 1 Cup Boneless Chicken Cubes
· ¼ teaspoon salt
· 1 teaspoon sugar
· 5 table spoons oil
· 2 table spoons corn flour

Mix all of the above ingredients and let them aside for 15 minutes. After that, deep fry them and wrap in paper so that oil is absorbed.

Ingredients and Method for Sauce:

· 1 cup chicken stock
· 2 and half table spoon oyster sauce (preferably mama sita’s oyster sauce)
· 1 teaspoon sugar
Mix all of the above

Vegetables to be used:

· Quarter Cup cabbage (cut in squares)
· Quarter Cup carrot (cut in small pieces)
· Quarter Cup Spring Onions (cut length wise)
· Quarter Cup Diced mushrooms

Method for Making Oyster Chicken with Cashew nuts

Put some oil in a wok and put 1 teaspoon ginger garlic while continuously stirring it. After 2 minutes add one table spoon chili sauce and after 1 minutes or till the sauce sizzles, add the above made sauce. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Thicken with corn flour and after that add the chicken and vegetables. Serve with in a dish and put cashew nuts on the top. This is best served with rice.

Ingredients for Orange Carrot Cocktail by Chef Shai:

Fresh Orange Juice 1 cup
Fresh Carrot Juice 1 cup
1 Lemon
1 teaspoon mint finely chopp
Ice

Method of Orange Carrot Cocktail by Chef Shai:


1. Rub the lemon on the sides of the glass and chopped mint in it.
2. Mix carrot and orange juice in blender with ice and blend until it is all mixed.
3. Pour the blended mixture in the glass and serve Chilled

Any Pineapple Juice 250 ml

Coconut Icecream 2 scoop

Half teaspoon Lemon Juice

Half teaspoon Coconut powder

Mix pineapple juice, cocounut icecream and lemoun juice in a blender. Blend till your desired consistensy. Pour it in a glass and sprinkly with coconut powder on the top. You can also cut a cherry or a strawberry and put it on the side of the glass as decoration.Enjoy your pina coloda

Easy Chicken Karahi

Ingredients for chicken karahi

Chicken, Half kg
3 medium sized tomato chopped
1 Chopped Onion
4 green chilies chopped
Quarter teaspoon black pepper
Half teaspoon Red Chili
Half teaspoon or according to taste salt
5 table spoons oil
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
4-5 Cardamoms

Instructions for making chicken karahi
Put oil in a wok and add onions in it. When onion turn white, put ginger garlic paste in it. After 2 miniutes add chicken. Make sure you mix the onion, paste and chicken well. Let it cook for around 8 minutes stirring occasionally. Then add the tomatoes and the rest of the spices and cook till the chicken is done and the gravy forms becomes in the form of a thick paste. Serve hot and sprinkle it with coriander.

Enjoy with naan and enjoy your chicken karahi.

Ingredients:
1. 2 Eggs
2. 1 capsicum
3. 1 tbsp soya sauce
4. 1 tsp black pepper
5. Chopped green onions
6. Salt to taste
7. Oil required for frying

Method:


1. Beat the eggs and add pepper, salt, green onions, soya sauce and capsicum.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the beaten eggs and cook slowly.
3. As the omelet cooks from one side, turn it on the other side carefully.
4. Fold gently and serve hot with bread.
