Kashmiri Yakhni Gosh

Ingredients:

· ½ kg Mutton
· Salt as taste
· 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
· 1 tsp Fennel (soft)
· 2 cups Water
· For Gravy
· 1 cup Yogurt
· 3 tbsp Oil
· 1 tsp Garam Masala
· 4-5 grinded Cardamom

Method:

· Boil mutton with fennel and dry ginger powder until it is tender and water is dried up.
· In a wok, heat oil and add yogurt in it and fry a little.
· Then add tender meat with the remaining water.
· Cook for 15 minutes.
· Now add cardamom and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
· Remove from heat and serve with boiled rice.
