Mutton Podina/Mint

Ingredients:

· ½ kg Mutton
· 2 finely chopped Tomatoes
· 1 medium Onion
· ½ cup Curd
· 1 tsp Zeera
· 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
· 1 tsp Salt
· 1 tsp Dhania
· ½ tsp Haldi
· 1 tbsp Ginger/ Garlic
· ½ cup Oil
· 1 tbsp Green Chili Chopped
· ½ bunch Podina (mint) chopped

Method:

· Boil meat with salt, half onion, garlic and ginger.
· Heat the oil and fry ½ onion and add tomato, ginger, garlic and all masala.
· Mix well and add 1 cup of water and mutton.
· Cover and cook on low flame. When oil comes on top and add curd.
· Stir well and add ½ cup of water and podina/mint.
· Cook for 5 minutes and then serve. Garnish with mint, green chili and onion rings.
