Carrot Cream Soup

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serve: 4 to 6 Person

Ingredients:

· 2 cups steamed Carrots
· 2 cups Chicken Stock
· ½ cup Boiled Chcken
· ¼ cup Cream
· Salt to taste
· ¼ tsp White Pepper
· 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
· ½ cup Corn Flour Paste

Method:

· Steam carrots and make puree of it.
· Add in the stock and salt, white pepper and soya sauce.
· Make it thick with corn flour paste.
· Serve with soup stick and fresh cream topped with fresh mint.
