Lemon Beef With Vegetables

Ingredients:

· ½ kg Beef (minced)
· ½ kg Mushrooms
· 2 cup Beef Stock
· ½ tsp Black Pepper
· 1 cup boiled Green Peas
· 2 cups chopped Carrots

Method:

· Heat oil in a pan.
· Add minced meat, onion and garlic and cook until water of the meat is dried.
· Add beef stock and mushroom in the above pan and cook at low heat.
· Add peas and carrots and cook until done.
· Add lemon rind and cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
· Remove it from heat and serve with naan or roti or pita bread.
