Pakistani Mix Vegetables

Ingredients:

· 2 cup Cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
· 1 large Potato (cut into cubes)
· 2 Carrot (cut into cubes)
· ½ cup Peas
· 2 Capsicums (cut into cubes)
· ½ cup Tomato puree
· 1 large Onion (cut into pieces)
· Salt to taste
· 1 tbsp Red Chili
· ½ tsp Haldi
· ½ tsp Zeera
· 1 tbsp Methi
· 6-7 Harimirch
· 1 tbsp Ginger
· ½ cup Oil

Method:

· Heat oil and fry onions for about 2 minutes.
· Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 3 minutes.
· Add peas and carrots and fry again.
· Add the tomato puree and all the seasonings and cook for five minutes.
· Lastly, add rge methi, capsicum and green chilies and cook for 3 to 4 minutes with covered lids.
· Sprinkle ginger and serve with boiled rice or roti.
