Nawabi Chicken

Ingredients:

· 8 pieces of Chicken
· ¾ cup Oil
· 1 tsp Salt
· 3 chopped Onions
· 2 tsp Ginger paste
· 2 tsp Garlic paste
· 1 tsp crushed chilies
· Whole spices ( 2 tez pat, 2 Dalchini sticks, 4 bari ilaichi )
· 1 cup Milk
· 4 tbsp Coconut
· 4 tbsp Khashkhas
· 4 tbsp Grind Almonds

Method:

· Heat oil in a pan and add in chicken along with whole spices.
· Add ½ cup of water.
· Add onions along with the masala and let it cook while stirring occasionally. Keep on medium flame until it is cooked.
· Lastly, add grounded coconut, khaskhas, almond dissolved in milk.
· Simmer for 5 minutes and its ready to serve.
