Sarso Ka Saag

Ingredients:

· ½ Kg Sarso ka Saag
· 6 Green Chilies
· 1tsp Salt
· ½ tsp Garlic
· ½ cup Water
· 1 tbsp Cornflour
· 2 tbsp Ghee
· 1 Onion
· Sliced Ginger
· 4 cloves Garlic
· Butter

Method:

· Boil Saag with green chilies. salt, garlic water, and cook until done.
· Blend it to a puree, add corn flour and mix it.
· Heat the ghee, add the onion, ginger and garlic and fry.
· Add pureed green while stirring constantly.
· Put in a serving dish and serve with some butter on the top.

Enjoy your Sarso ka Saag with Roti.
