Karachi Fish Kabab

Ingredients:

· ½ Kg minced Fish
· 2 tbsp Curd
· 1 Egg
· 2 tbsp Baisan
· 1 tsp Zeera powder
· 1 tsp Garlic Paste
· 1 ½ tsp salt
· 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
· 1 tsp Black Pepper powder
· 1 tsp Garam Masala powder

Method:

· Fry the mince fish in a little oil, grind all masalas and mix them thoroughly in the fish.
· Now add the curd and baisan mixture in the fish and make small balls like koftas (meat balls).
· Dip in the egg mixture and fry it.
· Serve with garlic chutney,chips and salads.
