Easy Recipe of Pathani Gosht


Preparation Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:

· 1-1/2 kg Mutton

· 200 grams oil

· 2 tsp salt

· 3 tbsp Ground Black Pepper

· 1-1/2 cups water

Method:

· Put all the above mentioned ingredients together and cook over a low flame uuntil meat is tender and water has dried up.

· Serve with Naan or Peshawari Roti with fresh salad.
