Beat the heat with Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

· Yogurt 125 ml

· Chilled Water 200 ml

· Ice cubes 8

· Chopped mango 1

· Sugar 1 tbsp

· Dried Mint (one pinch)

Method:

· Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.

· Serve in a long glass.
